You own the relationship with a set of agency partners from the day they sign. You get them live, keep them growing, and make sure the agency's own clients see results they can show. Support handles the tickets; you handle the account.
01What you’ll do
- Own a book of agency partners end to end: onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth.
- Run monthly reviews with each agency: what moved, what didn't, what to do next.
- Find the agencies that could add clients, and help them sell FlyRank to those clients.
- Keep a clean pipeline and forecast with Sales. No surprises at renewal.
- Bring what partners say back to product, with the numbers behind it.
02What you bring
- Three years or more in account management, customer success or agency-side client work.
- You have grown accounts before and can say by how much.
- You understand how a marketing agency makes money, and where it loses it.
- Comfortable with SEO and AI search conversations, or quick to get there.
- English at C1. Shifts that cover European office hours.

01Why five recorded questions instead of a cover letter?
Because most of our jobs are about how you think and how you talk to people, and a video shows that in a minute. Everyone gets the same questions, so we compare fairly. Someone with a thin CV and a clear head gets the same look as anyone else.
02Do I need to prepare?
No. Each question comes with the three things to cover, or a short text to read, and it stays on screen while you record. You get two retakes per question.
03My camera doesn’t work in the browser.
Record each answer with your phone’s camera app, then choose Upload video on that question to select the file from your phone. Upload video is always available, and the page switches to upload automatically if it can’t reach your camera or microphone. Use MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 90 seconds and 150 MB per answer.
04What happens after I send it?
Someone on the team goes through your profile and all five answers. If we think it’s a good fit, we get in touch by email or WhatsApp.
05Who sees my videos?
The FlyRank hiring team, nobody else. Applications from people we don’t hire are deleted within 12 months.
