About the role.
Support English-speaking marketing agencies in the UK, the US, Europe and Australia that resell FlyRank under their own name. You'll help them get started, answer questions, resolve problems and occasionally speak with their clients.
01What you’ll do
- Be the main contact for a group of partner agencies by phone, email and chat.
- Set up new agency accounts, help launch their first clients and train them on the platform.
- Explain reports clearly so partners can share the results with their clients.
- Work with our product team to resolve content, publishing and reporting problems.
- Check in with each agency monthly, following up when activity slows and identifying opportunities to add clients.
02What you bring
- English at C1 level, written and spoken, with clear communication on the phone.
- At least one year in support, account management or another customer-facing role involving phone calls.
- You pick up new software quickly and can explain it without jargon.
- You follow up proactively.
- Shifts that cover European office hours, roughly 9 to 6 Central European Time.

01Why video questions instead of a cover letter?
We want to hear how you think and communicate. Each role has its own questions, so we can learn more about how you would approach the work.
02Do I need to prepare?
No. Each question includes a list of points to cover or a short text to read. The prompt stays on screen while you record, and you can retake each answer twice when recording here.
03My camera doesn’t work in the browser.

05Who sees my videos?
The FlyRank hiring team reviews your videos. Applications from people we don’t hire are deleted within 12 months.
