The job

About the role.

Help marketing agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland get started with FlyRank, answer their questions and resolve issues. You'll work with partners mostly in German and with our product team in English.

01What you’ll do
  • Be the first person our German-speaking partner agencies contact.
  • Set up new agencies and run their training calls in German.
  • Handle questions and problems by phone, email and chat in German. Work with our product team in English.
  • Explain AI search and content results so a partner can explain them to their own client.
  • Translate and adapt our help articles and templates for partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
02What you bring
  • German at C1, written and spoken. Goethe-Zertifikat C1, TestDaF, or years of living or working in German.
  • English at B2 or better.
  • At least one year in a customer-facing role; German-language support experience is a plus.
  • Clear, accurate and timely written communication with business customers.
  • Shifts that cover German office hours, roughly 9 to 6 Central European Time.
