About the role.
Lead SEO delivery for a portfolio of brand accounts. You'll set strategy, direct what our platform produces, review the quality of the work and take responsibility for results. You'll also lead client conversations and explain changes in performance.
01What you’ll do
- Own delivery and results for a portfolio of brand accounts, from onboarding through the 90-day plan and beyond.
- Set each client's SEO and AI search strategy, including page improvements, content topics and tracking.
- Direct what the platform builds for each account, review the output, and reject what isn't good enough.
- Run monthly client reviews to explain results, discuss next steps and raise risks early.
- Work with Content, Data and Engineering on client needs the product doesn't yet address.
02What you bring
- Four years or more of hands-on SEO, with results you can show in Search Console and explain in a sentence.
- You have managed client accounts and calls, and taken responsibility for results.
- Fluent in Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one of Ahrefs or Semrush. Comfortable with technical SEO.
- You understand how AI answers affect search and can explain it clearly to a client.
- English at C1 level. You communicate directly and calmly, including when sharing difficult news.

01Why video questions instead of a cover letter?

02Do I need to prepare?
