The job

What you’d actually do.

You run delivery for a set of brand accounts, hands on. You set the strategy, decide what our platform builds for each client, hold the quality line on what ships, and own the number the client sees in Search Console. You are on the client calls, and you are the one who knows why the number moved.

01What you’ll do
  • Own delivery and results for a portfolio of brand accounts, from onboarding through the 90-day plan and beyond.
  • Set the SEO and AI search strategy per client: the pages to fix, the topics to build, the tracking to put in place.
  • Direct what the platform builds for each account, review the output, and reject what isn't good enough.
  • Run the monthly client review: what moved, why, and what happens next. Flag risk before the client does.
  • Work with Content, Data and the engineers on what a client needs that the product doesn't do yet.
02What you bring
  • Four years or more of hands-on SEO, with results you can show in Search Console and explain in a sentence.
  • You have run client accounts and client calls, and been the one accountable for the number.
  • Fluent in Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one of Ahrefs or Semrush. Comfortable with technical SEO.
  • You understand what AI answers do to search and can explain it to a client without hype.
  • English at C1. Direct, calm, and happy to tell a client something they'd rather not hear.
03What we offer
  • Real authority over what gets built for your accounts, and the results that come with it.
  • A platform doing the heavy lifting, so your time goes to strategy and clients, not production.
  • Direct line to the founder, the content director and the engineers.
  • Competitive senior salary, variable pay on account results, and health insurance.

FAQ

Questions? Good.

Anything else, ask us when we talk.

01Why five recorded questions instead of a cover letter?

Because most of our jobs are about how you think and how you talk to people, and a video shows that in a minute. Everyone gets the same questions, so we compare fairly. Someone with a thin CV and a clear head gets the same look as anyone else.

02Do I need to prepare?

No. Each question comes with the three things to cover, or a short text to read, and it stays on screen while you record. You get two retakes per question.

03My camera doesn’t work in the browser.

Record each answer with your phone’s camera app, then choose Upload video on that question to select the file from your phone. Upload video is always available, and the page switches to upload automatically if it can’t reach your camera or microphone. Use MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 90 seconds and 150 MB per answer.

04What happens after I send it?

Someone on the team goes through your profile and all five answers. If we think it’s a good fit, we get in touch by email or WhatsApp.

05Who sees my videos?

The FlyRank hiring team, nobody else. Applications from people we don’t hire are deleted within 12 months.
